Funeral live streaming

Choosing when to hold the service is often one of the hardest parts of arranging a funeral. While you want to give everyone the chance to pay their respects in person, there are unfortunately many reasons why friends and family may not be able to attend on the day. So, to give you the chance to share your loved one’s final goodbye, Logan Funerals has partnered with OneRoom  to provide a simple and secure webcasting option for those who are unable join in person.

What is webcasting?

Webcasting is the process of broadcasting video to the internet. When the service begins, discreetly placed cameras capture your loved one’s funeral and send it securely to the internet. The service is available to watch in real-time and is also recorded so it can be streamed later on. All you need to view the service is access to the internet, a device that displays videos and the email invitation. Funeral recordings are stored on OneRoom’s private online archive with password-protected access. This makes it easy for you to share the service privately or re-watch the recording after the funeral has finished.

So, no matter if your loved one’s friends and family are in country Queensland, interstate or overseas, our funeral webcasting service can help them pay their respects and experience closure.

How webcasting a funeral works

1. Choose your funeral date

We’ll schedule your funeral service for automatic webcasting by OneRoom.

2. Invite friends and family

You’ll receive an email invitation with details about how to access the funeral service. Simply forward this email to invite people who can’t attend.

3. Live stream the funeral

Once the service starts, cameras start streaming so anyone with the invitation can view the funeral.

4. Watch it again

Once the service has finished, easily access the recording through the same email invitation and watch as many times as you like. You can even download the service to your computer and keep a copy for yourself.
